Revos collects and processes the following data within your workspace:

• Account information (email, name, workspace details)
• Business data (deals, contacts, activities, communications)
• Usage data (login times, feature interactions)
• System logs for platform stability and security

Workspace Access and Sharing

Your workspace data is only accessible by members you explicitly invite. We do not share your business data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Data Retention

Active workspaces retain all data indefinitely. Archived workspaces retain data for up to 12 months before permanent deletion. You can request data export or deletion at any time by contacting support.

Data Export and Deletion

You have the right to request a complete export of your workspace data or full deletion. Submit requests to support@revosplatform.com.

Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and encrypted at rest.
