Active Workspaces

Active workspaces retain all data indefinitely. You maintain full control over your workspace data and can export or delete it at any time.

Workspace Archival

Workspaces inactive for 30+ days may be archived as part of platform maintenance. Archived workspaces are clearly marked and can be reactivated upon request.

Archived Data Retention

Archived workspace data is retained for up to 12 months. After this period, data may be permanently deleted if workspace reactivation is not requested.

Data Export Requests

You can request a complete export of your workspace data (active or archived) at any time. Exports include all deals, contacts, activities, communications, and documents. Submit export requests to support@revosplatform.com.

Data Deletion Requests

You can request permanent deletion of workspace data at any time. Deletion is irreversible. We recommend exporting your data before requesting deletion. Submit deletion requests to support@revosplatform.com.

System Backups

We maintain system backups for disaster recovery and operational continuity. These backups are not independently accessible to users but are retained according to our standard backup retention schedule.
